Sansa didn't do anything. Ned was a dead man no matter what. If she didn't write the letter she would have been accused of treason and been dead too.

The frick are you talking about? Ned was dying no matter what. He had already been arrested when they forced her to write that letter. Also, everyone knew she wrote the letter under pressure from Cersei. "Your sister's handwriting but the queen's words."
The letter is/was essentially meaningless. The fact that it's such a big deal to Arya is mind boggling
