Only net -8 I've seen in tourneys are the 23+ handicappers that have a good day and shoot 95-97.

A 13 dropping a 77 is fishy AF

Exactly my thoughts. Which is why I'm for adjusting his cap down in our tourneys. But he will then probably shoot 75 as an 11.
