I said the same thing when they built the path from Quail Drive to Kennelworth and was very wrong. I live in Pollard and see plenty of people using the path at all times of the day and even have used it myself several times (which I never would have done had a trail not been there)

For recreational uses, the bike paths are probably a good thing.

I just do not see the bike path reducing vehicle traffic much. It is one thing to ride a bike in the August heat and humidity for recreational purposes but how many people will hop on a bike and peddle 3 miles to work?

That's good to hear. Hopefully I'm wrong about the NBR pathway.

Did the Quail/Kenilworth project cost a million dollars per mile?
