I guess we all need to do our part here and go buy a bike and leave it out in plain view so someone from North Baton Rouge can steal it so they can ride it on this bike path.

So if this new bike path though beautiful NBR causes the death rate in that area to spike, will they become offended with hurt feelings then and want the path removed?
