Even on the other end if he went like 11-1, one season of success isn't enough to say it was the right or wrong move. I disagree a bit. 11-1 would be pretty damn impressive with this team and would basically prove that O was the right hire.

A season spectacularly bad or spectacularly good will say everything about O.
A middle of the road season just means we don't know yet.
