I typically end the drinking before it gets to hangover-inducing territory, but if I feel like I'm there I just drink a lot of water before crashing.
The only times I'm really bad off the next day is when I'm too drunk to remember to properly hydrate... even then I haven't had a 2-day hangover in years.
