re: How can we get people to understand what the left lane is for on interstates?

A few days ago, I had a high school aged blonde merge onto I-10 at bluebonnet, cut across three lanes of traffic, and get in front of me going 55 mph in the far left lane. I had to swerve around her and when I passed saw she had her phone 6 inches in front of her face. It made me wonder how many wrecks drivers like her cause and have no clue
