I would have named my youngest son after Davey Allison, but the wife nixed it. He didn't take any shite off of Earnhart or any of the rest of them. If they raced him clean, he did the same. Earnhart was the dirtiest, yet the most pissed when someone did the same shite to him that he did to everyone else.
Davey Allison is way underrated now. Many don't even remember him.

I was a big Rusty fan. I was stunned when Kulwicki died. I was hurt when Bonnet died. I cried when Davy died. After Dale died, I pretty much quit following NASCAR. It did help that LSU Football was on the upswing again.
