In england, Diana by a mile. People were hysterical.
In usa, Michael Jackson.
Both top the death nominees lists because unexpected shock and had fans. Both involved outside agents, blame/anger.
Legit issues raised about paparazzi re royals and entertainment stars such as bieber. The intrusive harassment is ceaseless. Grocery rags with telephoto lens shots of family scenes or topless swim in home pool.
