You still aren't getting it. Those are two separate decisions. Miles wasn't going to change and we weren't going to reach our potential with him, so he needed to go, period. Then, we decided to hire Orgeron, which may or may not turn out to be a good move, but has nothing to do with Miles needing to go.

If you're standing in the path of an oncoming truck, it's a good idea to move out of the way. If you decide to move into the path of an oncoming train, that's not a good idea, but still doesn't mean you should have stayed in the path of the truck.
