Of course hiring a new OC that ran one of the most prolific offenses last season wouldn't help. A coach who proved his ability to adapt his offense to his players' skills and adapt his gameplan to the opponent he faced. An OC that increased his QB's YPA from 7.3 to 9.3, TD/INT ratio from 20/8 to 27/9 and increased his QBR by 20+ in his first season with the OC.
Nope. Shouldn't help at all.
