Don't worry, buddy, we'll pay for your CYA.

Blame the piece of shite rich lawyers and chiropractors and the idiot judges that allow every asswipe that gets rear ended $50k, which they will only see about $8k worth since the piece of shite lawyer and doctor get the majority of it.
And these idiot judges and lawyers want to raise the limit for a non jury trial to $100k so they can make even more money off louisiana drivers.

frick them and the dip shits that think they deserve money b/c they got bumped from behind.

Ur too low: $$$ got 2 stories within the last year.
Friend bumps taxi cab in BTR. Black lady is picked up and leaves note saying she was there. Cop shows up. Can't even find a scratch on the car to file a report. Lady gets lawyer (Debossier) Paid out 248k, taxi driver 46k. His insurance company said they were scared to fight it.
In a bit of irony and karma. Same lady gets smoked by a car (not killed) walking across Florida Blvd and couldn't sue the driver who had no Ins.
Another friend is in Baker trying to leave station. One car won't let him in traffic. He backs up a bit and bumps an old accord. She was right behind him he said. Black lady jumps out taking pics. She gets Spencer Calahan. 48k
