Anybody in an engineering field, if their experience was the same as mine, will tell you that they adamantly wished there was more females in their classes.

Despite all the advertising, scholarships, and encouragement in the world, girls just did not want to go into engineering. Those that did were in a small minority.

At a certain point it becomes reasonable to speculate that maybe on average, women don't want to be engineers.

FWIW one of my coworkers is a female engineer from India and she is a good worker; so obviously this is an "on average" type deal.

They should force Engineers and Nurses to take all non degree classes together
