Have you seen his contract? You post things as if they are facts without posting any facts at all, just opinions. So you don't think that LSU can get out of that contract if he is struggling? I mean I really don't know either so I'm asking because you posted this as if you know something I don't. So let's see it?
The buyout only says that they are protecting the LSU HC if he's successful. So LSU believes he will be successful, big deal. Post some details because I assure you there is an out for LSU if he fails. If not it's got to be one of the dumbest contacts ever written by anyone.
I deal with contracts all the time and EVERY single one I've seen always has a contingency plan if the contractor doesn't comply with the details within his contract. It also binds the client to the contractor, if the client breaches the contract, the contract is void and the contractor can then do what he wants, like leave or ask for a new one, what ever.

You're right, i dont have the contract. Just posting what CBS and the Advocate (who claim to have the contract) said...
