Mrs Bard and I have far too much family in Louisiana to not have a house here and with that much cash we would have a nice one ;)
-Tithe to the church (get something nice named after us)
-Buy some land, tear down what's there and build a nice, big house to host holidays
-Buy a place in the mountains (Jackson Hole, maybe)
-Put around 40-50M into an investment account generating at least 5% return (we can be risk averse at this point and still be OT ballahs)
-Get a mill in gold, a mill in silver and a mill in cash and hide it somewhere just in case the world goes to shite
-Pick a good 10-12 local charities and donate 100k each
-Buy a place on a beach somewhere, maybe Belize

Pretty sure you're not supposed to want recognition for donating to the Church. There's a parable about that.

You need to substitute that cash million for ammo. If the shite hits the fan cash will be worthless and ammo will be more valuable than gold or silver.
