I didn't say his career was as good as Curry's because I know he had a short NBA career for various reasons, health issues and Muslim issues being a couple. I said he was as good a shooter as Curry and that is without doubt as well as a better athlete, also without doubt.

In all honesty even though I myself touched on the Randy Livingston-Coach K conversatiom, I never intended for this thread to be about Livingston specifically or high school basketball on the national level. I understand that the consensus is that Livingston holds the crown of LA High School Hoops but now I want to know WHERE DOES JAVONTE SMART FALL ON THE LIST. I may end up changing the title of the thread to "Where does Smart rank all-time among LA high school basketball players?". Also I saw someone suggest Seimone Augustus, but I'm focusing exclusively on male high school players.
