Good question. I don't think that was ever needed, since the King in the North ruled from WF.(I assume. I'm terrible with details.) But as said above, Bran isn't interested, so it doesn't really matter.
If Jon and Dany end up marrying I would imagine they would make Sansa Wardeness of the North, and emo Bran will find a nice tree to sit in.

You know what pisses me off the most about GRRM? Not only has he completely fricked us as book readers, but he's most definitely frick the Double D's.
They have absolutely nothing to go off of now and are trying to make fan fiction into a tv show. It'd be one thing if they alone had the last two books and were going off of them, but they have nothing to use and pull from so they're fricked.
So, once again, frick GRRM.
