You can see that the most obese countries are the ones with the most codified "food pyramid" type of bullshite federal, state and local directives which have ordered entire populations to binge on carbohydrates for decades. I'd like to see the same chart but for diabetes.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with eating carbohydrates provided you actually get your heart rate above the resting rate occasionally.

There are no good carbs if you live a completely sedentary life.
