I don't know if our student govt put this together, or if they were actually touring together, but I remember going to a free show with the Sugarcubes, Godfathers, and Living Colour in the late 80's. No one had heard of Living Colour yet (not for another couple of months), but they pretty much stole the show, so much that by the time the Sugarcubes hit the stage, most everyone in the crowd had bolted. Definitely a musical mismatch...
