I drove. Lived there for a summer in college.
There was a sketchy airport just out of town back then. Could probably fly into Montrose and drive down.

I was actually looking at Albuquerque. I hate sketchy airports and was hoping to use Southwest points. It looks to be about a 5 1/2 hour drive from there, with most of it not real scenic until you get to Colorado. Just wondering if there's a better option.
