re: BR traffic today was an assraping. When will it be time?

How anyone can vote for more taxes after seeing what the state does with our money has to be crazy or just flat out doesn't make enough money to care about the small amount they have taken out of their paycheck. This state has been corrupt for a long time and it's about time for each office to have highly visible, transparent budgets. To most, including myself, the state budget is a mystery. My opinion until proven otherwise is that the state brings in enough revenue but has a spending problem. Im sure its more complex than what the OT can figure out on a message board, but it shouldn't be rocket science.
