Ah, gotcha. Thanks. I went back to read your post when I was replied before but it had already been edited so I wasn't sure what was going on with reference to the potential RO against the brother from before her death.
The STPSO press conference should be interesting. I wonder how they will try to spin it this time. Bottom line, if your office doesn't "necessarily believe" that it is a homicide after 3 autopsies then perhaps they can take their disinterested selves off the case and give it to REAL law enforcement professionals who do care about justice.
Oh but that might just make them look bad and implicate those that they would rather cover for. As it is they already look pretty stupid and lazy. Let's see if the double down on their stupidity tomorrow.

They are also going to court in the morning to make sure that the STPSO does not throw away any evidence or anything relating to the investigation of the crime. Sad that a family has to go to court to these lengths to get the Sherrrif to do his job.
As for his "don't necessarily agree" with it being a homicide - i can't say it any better than this post from the comment section on Nola
