With 12 episodes left, do you really think they should spend 3 or 4 or more of them getting Bran to Winterfell, if that's even where he's going.

I doubt he even knows who the father is yet. He needs something concrete first which leads me to believe we will have another flashback to see Rhaegar at some point this season.
