They will not spread out into poor black neighborhoods where the skills problem is the greatest and start up apprentice /training programs for young black males in particular to learn things like being an electrician ( we do have an extreme shortage of good ones) Competent plumbers and HVAC guys. As well as machinists and welders.

We need guys like that, desperately. Instead we will teach them about Windows, computer apps or worse teach them or train them to be friggin glorified orderlies as Certfied Nursing Assistants that get paid 9-10.00 an hour. No wonder they would rather sling dope on the street corner.....street level dealers make about 13-15.00 an hour.
