Are you talking about your average person or someone that strength trains regularly. For someone that trains 6'2" 175 is pretty damn thin. I'm 6'3" (above average muscle wise, but not what I would consider big) and I have more than 175lbs of lean body mass.

Yea at that height that would be thin. Somebody that strength trains and is completely natural could carry around 190lbs of lean tissue even down @5% bf. They could easily be walking around at 210-215 at 10-12% BF.
