I would rate Scotus a 9 and maybe a 10 going forward.
Illegal crossings are down. A more secure border may be built. A 8.
The economy is OK. A 7
The MSM, the DNC and the RNC are being exposed. A big fat happy 10.
The GoPe controlled houses...a 1.
