My recommendation is to put a standard size fridge in, a fridge is fridge. You are paying for looks and for the logo basically. I would by no means splurge there. I say a standard size because my mother in law just had to reorder a new panel fridge and I can't remember the size but it was an odd large size so she basically had to go with a new high end fridge that cost her like $2,000 extra. I think she couldn't match the cabinets to close the gaps on 15 year old cabinets or something.

Cook tops the high end ones give you better BTU's. That's basically what you are paying for, so get a 20k+ btu burner if you are dropping cash on a nice one. Stoves are stove, how often do you honestly need dual temp ovens and to fit 5 sheet pans in at once?

Just remember that when those high end appliances break, they are stupid expensive. I had a Viking dishwasher need a fairly minor repair a couple years ago and it was literally $700 for parts plus labor. I just bought a new $800- $1000 dishwasher. (Yes Vikings are notoriously bad)
