His approval stands at a paltry 44% in the "flip counties" that flipped from Obama to Trump.

But there's a significant difference in Trump's approval rating in the these two kinds of Trump counties.
In the Trump "surge counties" (for example: Carbon, Pa., where Trump won 65 percent to 31 percent, versus Romney's 53-45 percent margin) — 56 percent of residents approve of the president's job performance.
Trump beat Hillary Clinton in these "surge" areas nationwide by a combined 65 percent-to-29 percent margin in 2016.
But in the "flip counties" (for example: Luzerne, Pa., where Obama won 52 percent to 47 percent, compared to Trump's 58-39 margin), Trump's job rating stands at just 44 percent.
Trump won these "flip" areas overall in 2016, 51 percent to 43 percent.

I bet this sounded amazing in your head.
He remains at or below 40 percent...as always.

Fake poll.
I can guarantee you that poll sampled democrats at least 12% more. Link it now

ABC/Wash Post has a poll I read on Yahoo news that said Trump is polling lower than any President in history. Do I believe ABC/Wapo? Hell no.
This place absolutely dominates in disconfirmation bias.

If he's well below 40%, the impeachment hearings should be a cakewalk formality.

All I know is the democrats are losing elections as fast as they are losing their minds. Look at the dumb prog bitches that posted in this thread immediately after it was started.

Did it mean Obama, W, Clinton or Bush 1 were?
All in the eye of the beholder.

Would you believe an Obama poll that sampled 12% more Republicans?
Posted on 7/16/17 at 1:16 pm to MButterfly
This doesn't mean what you think it means.

compare your new poll to the %'s in those counties in the election?
up
down
or the same?
if the average win in those Trump counties was at 58% then -4 among the believers is significant

Only liberals can weaponize polls. Don't you know that?
Trump has lousy numbers in the bullshite polls that oversample democrats by double digits.
That is a good scientific oversampled poll you can push with. That is what polls are for and if you get a few not fitting the narrative just don't mention them.
