We disagree then, because if guice doesn't fumble inside the 5 Lsu goes up by double digits and the outcome probably turns into a bliwout. That wasn't on coaching. Jackson gives up a 90+ yard touchdown while getting tossed aside like a ragdoll, then proceeds to fumble kickoff. Plain and simple, those two players caused the loss, and likely prevented us from a blowout win. Lsu was much the better team and 400+ to 150 at one point kind of stresses that. It wasn't like a typical Miles loss where we have 280 yards total offense....I can deal with losses like that, because I know if those teams played 10 times on a neutral field, Lsu wins by far the majority...just huge mistakes by players on that day.

As for the offensive play calling, I don't think anyone thought our interim was going to outcoach many other teams. Hopefully Canada has alleviated that situation. Jmo

This is if aunt had nuts stuff and could be said for 95% of LSU losses in past 20yrs. In fact practically every play where each man wins his battle and executes should be a TD (incl the hated toss power), or conversely a stop/turnover on D.
When players aren't collectively sharp and miss numerous executions vs a injury decimated foe, it's on the coach, just like it was on Miles.

Put the damn goalpost back where it belongs.
