Depends on well you tolerate chiseling, drilling, the smell, etc. while being aware of what their doing --> If you can handle all of that then local is a cheaper option when removing them.
I've had a tooth removed under local that required all the above and it was alright. However, I was offered IV sedation for my wisdom teeth removal and it was a much more pleasant expierence, .
Looking at your panorex, the bottom two wisdom teeth likely gonna take some drilling/chipping out the nearby bone to get it out.
If I were you I would opt for at least IV sedation if the additional cost is not a dealbreaker.
