It's called "drop it". The app is cool, but didn't use it, just have it as a reminder now.
I've attempted to quit before, this time I guess I'm just lucky. Said frick it, I'm done, I want to live long for my kids. This time feels positive. Even drank on the 4th and was completely fine.
