We're saying this guy shouldn't have been our GM for 8 seasons with such little results.
Dell is good at filling the end of bench but he's awful at big picture and roster construction. He's just not that good a GM and we could do better.

I'll say that Demps is the worst GM in basketball. He has had a "top 5" player and missed the playoffs 4 out of 5 seasons. No other GM, with a top 10 player, can make that claim..
