That may be the case, but if we are dealing with the type of evil in the folks I am posting about it becomes a relative phenomenon.

I can't argue with that. But no Major Power country allows international adoption of their children except China. It's considered extremely embarrassing for a country to be unable to care for their own citizens. Chinese international adoptions won't last too much longer.
