i think spending money on crap and junk versus taking better care of your family and children makes you morally deficient.

Only a morally deficient person would take a handout such as this and utilize it for entertainment.

People get mad at the bum that takes your handout and buys booze, but the same ones don't mind the abuse if it is on a govt card.
