Yes, that law. Why should they be able to be sell in Louisiana without a dealers license when every other manufacturer has to have one? Just build 1 facility somewhere in Louisiana, apply for the dealer license, and ship everything there.

I feel like it's not that easy.
I don't really know the laws/rules, but how are Louisiana residents buying these cars? Buying with an out of state address?
