I was even more of a night owl, then, this is what we did for our sons. I was wide awake for hours, we fed earlier than 11:00. But I was still awake while she slept and I took care of any crying. When it was 2:00 or so, she would get up, I'd stay up until she'd fed them, then we'd both go to bed, but she wouldn't go back to a heavy sleep. Worked great for us.
