Because wouldn't the stereotype have to be somewhat accurate for the GOP's tactics to be effective?

BTW, since you weighed in on this, would you mind adressing the other point I made that SS ignored, namely, are states that still exclusively limit voting to Election Day only by definition discriminating against minorities because they are less likely to make the effort to vote when their options are so limited?
