Is Bellinger being left out a surprise? Don't follow the NL as closely. Guess I just expected to see his name considering how much he's been in the headlines

Very very happy for him, though I am pretty surprised he got the starting nod over Goldy. All three deserved it though.

Votto is one of the most under appreciated hitters of all time, yes, I mean that, not being hyperbolic. Right now, he should be a first ballot hall of famer with his numbers. Going back to 2000, he's second to only Bonds in OBP, and he is 4th in wOBA. If you go all the way back to when the live ball era(1920) began, he's 11th in OBP & 29th in wOBA. He's not flashy, and I don't think he's generally liked very much on a personal level, but the man can hit, and he's not slowing down, even at 33 years old.
