Javonte is not a sure fire 1 and done guy.
Very good PG with good size and great TO/AST ratio, but he is not an elite scoring talent. He isn't an insanely explosive athlete either.
Not saying he won't go, but he could very well stay 2.
ETA:
I agree with Slow that the NBA is far better for developing talent than college. Better coaches, better teammates and competition, you actually learn how NBA speed and style work, and you can focus 100% on your game.
