I cannot think of one city in Texas of any count, problems and all, that I would not choose over the once great, now grossly overrated cesspool called New Orleans. Further, the governance of Louisiana as a state is nothing short of abysmal.

Texas has her share of weaknesses but when compared to other states...to the OP....BWAHAHAHAHA
