if yes, then ask for the dashcam, depending on where this occurred, dashcam should record the incident if he turned on his lights if no, then go to the prosecutor's office and ask to reduce it to a non-moving violation and stop at stop signs in the future

To be honest, I want to see what's on the dash cam myself. Thanks. And yeah I will ask about the non-moving violation

I recently bought one. Very inexpensive and tech-friendly. Insurance companies should offer reimbursement for them.

Don't want someone to lie and say something not true, should there be a wreck -or "wreck" cause a friend had an african america on woman in front of him a stop sign and tried to say he "bumped" her. Cops called, checked it out. Not a sign that the vehicles touched but she held ground. Few days later there WAS a mark but. the cop specifically remembered it not being there on first inspection.
