I'll never understand what anybody ever saw in those albums. To me "Civil War" was the only song on them that made me go back and listen twice. My then GF/ now wife bought them on vinyl on the day of release and we still have them in our record collection, clean as a whistle. I've maybe listened to them all the way through twice.
Even "Civil War" makes me want to turn it off when it kicks into the Vegas-revue double time part toward the end.

the last song Adler played on. Actually, the drum part you hear is taken from many drum takes because he could never finish the whole song without mistakes. Producer Mike Clink had a hell of a job on his hands
