I agree with that entirely. I just think more kids would get a degree, if they didn't get money (possibly millions twice already) in their face twice by the time they're 21.
Eta. Actually, as a junior it could be their 3rd time. However some won't be getting millions on their 3rd time around.

Maybe if there were FULL Scholarships for baseball, kids would get degrees.
