Of course. Dems in urban centers tend to take public transportation and walk to the polls. No one likes to walk to the bus stop or walk to the polls in pouring down rain.

That's why the need for free chicken dinners and item giveaways (like cellphones, ipads, etc.).!!!

And if the inner city Dims won't go to the buses, the DNC will have the buses go to the inner city peoples residences (not to mention the cemeteries, morgues, and schools). Not partisan obviously, like the damned weather.
