ETA* Not saying that is the only reason, but it is definitely a piece to the healthcare puzzle.

And the math has got to be common core, cuz I cant figure it out to save my life. Its like a cell phone bill and the egnima machine had a baby.

Costs were inflated in 2014. The decrease in payment of the bill isn't related to the inflation in any significant way.
