At 165 pounds and those lifting numbers you don't need to worry about protein powder. You need to be eating atleast a lbs of beef a day and a dozen eggs, minimum on top of other meals.

Protein powder is nothing but a convenience, a easy to drink replacement for eating meat. Some people who eat very large amounts of protein need the powder as it gets really hard to continue to eat that much, but honestly at yourweight, you have no excuses.

And stop program hopping. And you still have tons of room to grow from a linear progression program like greyskull lp. But if you want to stick to more advanced programming then run madcow for 12 weeks then 531 boring but big challenge for 12 weeks.
