Why? They pay a membership fee and when they enter the store, there is free food. They eat it. It's enough to not have to eat a meal afterwards.

And there are no rules against going back every day.

I estimated a Saturday afternoon walkthrough at Costco to be about 750 calories, which is a large meal. Also, the workers at eat station are prohibited from refusing you multiple samples. So if you wanted, you could probably eat an entire day's worth of calories at Costco.

No it's not at all. They are just cheap and choose to be hungry
