local news out of Huntsville that has been pretty on point says they're searching but haven't located victim(s) or shooter(s).

Then it's a false alarm.
Same thing happened a few weeks ago at Travis AFB. Could it simply be a nefarious act calling into these bases, reporting these incidents to get people spun up for nothing. Also lessens someones guard as these false alarms happen more frequently.
That or the planned exercise tomorrow.
Regardless, Travis AFB was also in an exercise when their incident happened.
