Cops couldn't tell you who contributes to the program, but every cop could tell you who the really rich people in town are.
Now will they find an actual link to the university? Certainly possible, perhaps she went for counseling and wasn't taken seriously by someone actually affiliated with it.
Right now we have no information that I've seen which would suggest it
