Mitch doesn't give 2 fricks about New orleans, or anyone but himself.
He's the favorite of the progressives. A rising star in Democratic party. I had some goofball i know, who's a far leftist, tell me that Mitch would be a great candidate for President. He's broke barriers, brought people of colors together.
I laughed, they literally have bifocals, shaded in rose colors.
